Best way to learn Japanese grammar!

I have tried using Rosetta Stone and the Genki textbooks to learn Japanese, and both fell short in the grammar department, especially with teaching you colloquially used grammar. This app/book is a MUST if you want to actually be able to speak and understand Japanese.
